Keynote-Präsentationen

Kara works with productions, organizations, and professionals navigating true-crime ethics, survivor participation, storytelling choices, and the responsibility that comes with telling real people’s stories.

Keynote-Präsentationen

Kara’s perspective comes from lived experience, former law-enforcement work, survivor advocacy, television production, investigative hosting, and years spent speaking and training on ethics in true crime.

She helps teams identify questions that are easy to miss from inside a project—around language, consent, survivor agency, family dynamics, participant relationships, and the impact that remains after production ends.

Keynote-Präsentationen

The strongest work can be engaging without losing the humanity of the people at its center. Kara’s role is not to hand teams a rigid rulebook, but to help them see where storytelling decisions intersect with real people, real consequences, and long-term impact.
